Cookie policy and consent

How Lumora uses cookies and similar technologies, which categories exist and how you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, to remember your choices.

Cookies that are not necessary for the website to function are only set after you have given active consent in our cookie banner, in line with the Swedish Electronic Communications Act and the GDPR.

Necessary cookies

  • Stores your language choice (Swedish or English).
  • Stores your cookie consent so you are not asked on every visit (kept for about 12 months).
  • Security and operational functions for forms and contact flows.
  • These cannot be switched off as the website does not work without them.

Analytics cookies

With your consent we use analytics tools to understand how the website is used, for example which treatment pages are visited and where visitors leave. The data is used in aggregated form to improve content and navigation.

If you do not consent, no analytics scripts are loaded at all.

Marketing cookies

With your consent we may use marketing cookies, for example Google Ads, to measure the effect of our advertising and to show relevant ads. We use Google Consent Mode so that advertising signals are blocked until you agree.

Marketing cookies are always optional and do not affect your ability to contact us or read information on the website.

Third-party services

  • Google (analytics and advertising) – only activated with consent.
  • Contact channels such as WhatsApp and telephony open in external apps and are covered by each provider's terms.
  • We never sell your data and we do not share health data with advertising or analytics providers.

Change or withdraw your consent

You can change your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
